This Roland CR-8000 is equipped with the Tubbutec uniPulse universal drum machine midi interface. Stefan shows you this vintage drum machine, and programs it with the Arturia Beatstep Pro. Thanks to Gijs Janssen for lending us the CR-8000.

We take a look at all the sounds and functions of the new boutique series drum machine Roland TR-06. Also, we compare it to the original Roland TR-606, and for that we used a Roland SBX-1 syncbox to convert the midi-out clock of the TR-06 to a din-sync24 signal for the TR-606.
